Tevie Smith…an explorer and adventurer who set the stage for those who genuinely enjoy life on the open road. Tevie traveled extensively across Canada and North America, going as far as a Mexico City, in his 1947 Chrysler Town and Country, eventually logging hundreds of thousands of kilometres. The car was otherwise known as the ‘Termite Taxi’ due to its rather decrepit condition. I had the pleasure of meeting Tevie last August, a true honour. He was definitely an original, and a huge inspiration for our upcoming trip. RIP Tevie.
